The Service provides strategic advice and tools only. We do not interact with your accounts on third-party platforms (such as OnlyFans, Reddit, Twitter, or any other platform), and we do not host, distribute, or moderate content on your behalf.
Features and pricing may change. We will provide reasonable notice for material changes that affect your subscription.

You may not share your account credentials, sell your account, or allow others to access your account without our written permission.
We may offer a free trial period (currently 7 days). At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless you cancel before the trial ends. You can cancel any time during the trial period through your account settings.
The current subscription price is $29 per month (USD), billed monthly in advance. Prices may change with at least 30 days' advance notice. Existing subscribers will be notified of price changes by email and may cancel before the new price takes effect.
Payments are processed by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method. You agree to keep your payment information current and accurate.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled. You authorize us to charge your payment method for each renewal.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or through Stripe's customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access to paid features until that time. You will not receive a refund for partial billing periods.
Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may issue refunds at our sole discretion, particularly in cases of technical errors, billing mistakes, or service disruptions. To request a refund, contact hello@myofcoach.com within 14 days of the charge.
If a payment fails, we will attempt to charge your payment method up to 3 times. If payment continues to fail, your account will be downgraded or suspended. We reserve the right to terminate accounts with unresolved payment issues.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with the terms of service of any third-party platform on which you operate (including but not limited to OnlyFans, Reddit, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok). MyOFCoach does not automate posting or messaging on any third-party platform on your behalf. You manually copy and use any content generated by the Service.
You retain all rights to the content you input into the Service, including notes, fan information, custom tags, and other data you submit ("Your Content"). We do not claim ownership of Your Content.
You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, process, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. This license terminates when you delete Your Content or close your account, except where retention is required for legal or operational reasons (such as backups, fraud prevention, or compliance).
You are responsible for Your Content and for ensuring you have the right to submit it. You represent that Your Content does not infringe on any third party's rights and complies with all applicable laws.
The Service, including its design, features, content (other than Your Content), trademarks, logos, and code, is owned by MyOFCoach or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service without our express written permission.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal or business purposes during your active subscription, subject to these Terms.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree that any disputes will be resolved on an individual basis and not as part of any class action, collective action, or class-wide arbitration.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and MyOFCoach regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements.

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, pandemics, government actions, internet outages, or third-party service failures.
